8 year old son with Type 1 in Virginia wants to find penpal close to his age with Type 1

My son was diagnosed with Type 1 in April.  He is the only one in his school with diabetes.  I would like for him to find a penpal that also has Type 1 so that he knows he is not the only kid with this diagnosis.

We’re in Richmond - I have a 9yo daughter who would penpal! We had good luck with Beyond Type1’s snail mail program too, if you’re interested…

I have a almost 9 year old daughter as well!!! Would love to pen pal!!!
