THIS IS THE FIRST POEM/SONG IVE ACTUALLY WRITTEN ABOUT DIABETES SO....

 I walk along this lonely road           

with nowhere left to go nowhere left to turn

so i keep on walking

waiting for something to come along

but when i look ahead all i see is a broken road

and as i think about where im going i keep on falling

and i feel lost

wonderin down this empty street

feeling lonely and scared

as i walk im stepping on all these neddles

but i keep on walking keeping up hope

but its getting harder day by day

i feel so alone walkin down this street

noone to talk to no one to turn to

every time i see another needle under me i cry again

and i feel so lost.

tell me wat u guys tihink please and be honest

you made art :)

You wrote something which, for me, stirred emotions and brought back from the shadows feelings that I'd not thought about in some time.  I don't know enough about poetry to make any critical observations but I remember just enough about being a T1 in my early teens to have this strike more than one chord.  Thank you for sharing this!
