Yes, there are members here from North Carolina; I hope that some will see your message and contact you. There are a couple of JDRF Chapters in NC through which you could met other people with T1D and interact through different events. At the top of this page, click on the “Events” tab and then select “JDRF Near You” and enter Asheville or your zip code.
I just made a group on Facebook titled nc type 1 diabetics. Maybe we can get a good group and meet some local t1d’s.
