I just got my CGM in yesterday and was trying to install the Care link program on my computer. I get to the point where it needs to install the drivers for the USB but it always tells me that it could not be installed anyone have any idea what I need to do to get it to work? Thanks in advance for all your answers.

Josh...give Minimed a call. They will walk you thru any installation problems.
If you connected the carelink device before it instructs you to, it won't load properly. I did this on our home computer and decided to try on our laptop and it all worked just fine. But I never called Medtronic to figure out how to fix the initial install on the desktop. So I too would suggest contacting the tech line for assistance; they are really great!
