Hi,
I just got my CGMS in the mail yesterday and was wondering if anyone who has it has had problems with getting the Driver to download on their computer I have not been able to get mine to do so any suggestions?

which one do you have?
I have the Minimed 722 and I go to their website and get on the carelink log in and try to get it to strt reading and my computer will sometimes install the drivers but when it does that next or finish never become clickable.
Are you using Windows or OSX with Parallels or something? I use Parallels and the drivers were being installed onto the wrong partition. If you're using windows I would suggest calling their help line, they will probably lead you to the actual file of the drivers, have you delete them, restart and try again. That's what they did for me (and I didn't tell them i was running OSX, I just figured it out on my own after that call). Good luck!
I had the same issue. I was told by the helpline that it does not work with 64 bit computers:( They're working on a fix though.
I was also told there is no driver for windows vista 64 bit versions... i'm patiently waiting for that driver to be released.
I can't even do it at all on my macintosh! They said that not enough people use macs to make it compatible ummm Yea ok!

Well to me, all the ppls that i know that use MACs, that enough to make buissness. grr...
