So over the weekend, my son wasn't feeling his Type 1 and just wanted it to go away. As a parent your heart aches but this is also when we must pick them up. He is a very athletic kid and loves football, basketball, all sports really... So we went to the internet and did a search for some accomplished athletes who also have Type 1. As we did our search, I noticed I was all over the place trying to bring everyone together and decided to take what I learned and put the most notiable ones in my blog for all to see & share.
