I have to reiterate what Kay said. Get some Claussen dill pickles. They're crunchy, they're 5 calories and they make you less hungry. If you workout and are looking for stuff that will help you stave off hunger pangs while losing weight, I can't recommend them highly enough. You just might wanna break out a tooth brush or mints, afterwards.
I love the suggestion - and pickles - but I also take meds for high blood pressure and, if I'm not mistaken, pickles are very high in sodium... Please tell me I'm wrong!?!
Funny thing, I eat spoonfuls of peanutbutter sometimes too! Lol!
