Older Supplies Advice

I have several boxes of old supplies that have been sitting in a closet for some time now. I have several boxes of the old Dexcom G4/5 Sensor4s, a couple of boxes of the pre t-Lock Tandem t:slim 3mL cartridges, a few old meters with testing supplies, and I’m pretty sure there’s an old Medtronic pump (and maybe an old Tandem pump) in there, too. There’s probably other stuff I’m forgetting. Some of the boxes are open but the supplies inside are still in their packaging.

So the question is, what’s the best way to donate these, other than throwing them in the trash?

As I understand US Law, the dump is about the only place. Check with a CDE in your area for other ideas. Maybe a nursing school for training, etc.
