Hi Abigail!  I live near Boston, in Somerville.  I go to Joslin for my diabetes care.  I'm 25, too, and on a MiniMed pump.  I'd love to hear from you if you want to share stories, etc.

Small world!  Very cool, though.  I love Somerville.....and Joslin (at least when they have good news for me :)
