I know those with diabetes can get really cold feet. That is happening to my son. I am wondering if anyone here is experiencing that and if so what they are doing to help. IT seems extra socks are not working.
i wear fuzzy socks (the really thick kind) and slippers. my feet are frigid year round.
Not d related -but on the Dr.Oz show I think that was mentioned and he said wear wool socks.
I have that same problem but mine starts from the knee down... they are always cold, stiff and a little painful.

This sounds like the start of neuropathy Nicol. Have you told your endo about it? As fo stcldfet, it tem to the really thick wool socks are best
Cold feet just run in my family (lol running feet) My sister have some of the coldest hands and feet of anyone I have ever met. Anyway, besides wool socks I also just run when I get cold. It is the only way I have found that really helps.
