Hello. My daughter has a Medtronic 670g with a Guardian 3 sensor. We started last July and had really good luck with it until January. That’s when problems started. We got back in touch with our trainer, who helped us through some of the bg and calibration issues that were constantly interrupting school and sleeping, but now we are having trouble inserting the thing. Almost every other time, the needle doesn’t go in all the way. I didn’t have problems for months, and I rewatched some of the training videos, but still having issues. Is anyone else experiencing this?
@sdiodato76 hi Sarah, you have nothing to lose by getting a new “serter” because I am guessing the spring just got weak as it is a mechanical device.
