I ran a total of 8 miles today. Every year my family hosts a 5k race held in memory of my brother Joe, who died while training with the Cross Country team 7 years ago.
So, I ran 2 miles for warm-up, the 5k race (18:42), and 3 cool down.

i ran 4.5 miles. i'm slowly increasing. It was really nice to not be tired at the end of it!
yesterday i danced for 7 and a half hours straight only 1 break. it was awesome we had choreagraphers from all over the us teaching us awesome routiens
yes. i trained back and biceps at the gym. leg day tomorrow-- yuck.
today, no (at least not yet). yesterday, sort of. i danced at a bar. does that count? i burned energy because i woke up at 38 :op
dancing at a bar totally counts. the best exercise is the one you don't realize you're doing cuz it's fun.

does walking around the pier with the boys while they tossed off crab traps count? ....even if we were drinking...haha
i say if you're moving your body, it totally counts. :o)

today. i didn't do crap. i worked. then came home and did nothing. i loved it :o)
I did my daily 1 1/2 mile walk with the dogs. Does that count? We don't power walk or anything and we do have to stop sometimes. That's kindof the whole point :)
Last night I went to bed at 8:30. Is this a sign that I'm "old"? They say well-rested people burn more calories...
I am so determined to go running tonight after I am done with errands etc... I ran 4 miles on sunday and am really happy about that.. i need to stay motivated for tonight considering its only 10:30am!
isn't havent really done a good workout. gonna try for one tomorrow night at the gym if chelsea's tattoo is healed enough or might go alone if i can kick my butt too!
i am gonna try and get up tomorrow and do that run i was suppose to do saturday..and then sunday morning though! day off cuz of remembrance day..might as well put it to use! ...assuming i get my shift covered tonight so im not working 14hours today..but at least my second job involves walking around the two story theatre for 5hours!
Chest n Tris yesterday...... Rest today maybe with a bit of hot tubbn.
Tomorrow gotta hit the back n biceps. Damn, trying to build muscle being a T1 is a major pain in the a$$. haha
