I am looking for a new job and wanted to get feedback from the group on if you disclose to an interviewer your diabetes?
My thoughts are not at first. I know it is illegal for them to ask or not hire me because I have diabetes, but at the same time how would I know if they do not hire because of it.
I was laid off in January after 9.5 years with the same company. Thankfully I am on COBRA and have $3000 in FSA money to spend (CGMS is on my shopping list!)!
