Dexcom layoffs?

It is a shame Russell @Slaz that you have continuing issues with Dexcom Customer Service. I on the other hand have experienced outstanding service each and every time I’ve called. I’ve found the representatives understanding and helpful.

A suggestion for deliveries: my Dexcom supplies, including a replacement receiver [Dexcom was really helpful when my original receiver was giving me incomplete service] are delivered by Federal Express - are yours? It is simple to use the Federal Express manager application to specify YOUR delivery instructions, including “hold” and “alternate address” services.
