Yearbook quote

so i was wondering if anyone knew any diabetes-related quotes that would be good for a yearbook..

my yearbook quote is due friday and you would help my because so far i have no idea what to put!

ps- it cant be like anonymous or anythng.. the rule is that it has to have a person who said it.. (my school's rules)

Well, this isn't really directly a diabetes quote, but it can really relate to it.

"You were created to love and be loved.  You were meant to live life in relationship with other people, to know and be known. You need to know that your story is important and that you're part of a bigger story.  You need to know that your life matters."

"The vision is that community and hope and help would replace secrets and silence.  The vision is people putting down guns and blades and bottles. The vision is that we can reduce the suicide rate in America and around the world. The vision is that we would learn what it means to love our friends, and that we would love ourselves enough to get the help we need. The vision is better endings.  The vision is the restoration of broken families and broken relationships.  The vision is people finding life, finding freedom, finding love.  The vision is graduation, a Super Bowl, a wedding, a child, a sunrise.  The vision is people becoming incredible parents, people breaking cycles, making change.  The vision is the possibility that your best days are ahead.  The vision is the possibility that we're more loved than we'll ever know.  The vision is hope, and hope is real. You are not alone, and this is not the end of your story."

You can break them up however you'd like. They are both from Jamie Tworkowski. (: I'll keep looking for diabetes direct quotes!

"Diabetes doesn't define who I am. It's just something I have."

I think thats from the juvenation website

"Diabetes= my pancreas broke..." original quote by adriana alicea lol

why dont you make one up yourself?  im sure that would be allowed since it wouldnt be anonymos or anything

I don't really have any diabetes quotes, but one of my best friends has a favorite quote that she's putting in our yearbook (and she says it at least once a day lol)

"Well-behaved women seldom make history." - Laurel Thatcher Ulrich

I'm actually going to look for diabetes quotes now, I'll let you know if I find any good ones.

Here's one I just found:

Life is not over because you have diabetes. Make the most of what you have, be grateful.
-Dale Evans

"I have diabetes but i won't let it get to me because I won't let it"

Look at some of the people's signatures too

well theres

"At first i thought why me and then i thought why not me??" ~ NIck JOnas

Diseases can be our spiritual flat tires - disruptions in our lives that seem to be disasters at the time but end by redirecting our lives in a meaningful way.

I don't know who said this, but I'm sure if you searched for this quote, you would find out who said it.
