So we’re new to T1 and we finally received the Dexcom. My little guy is only 6 and autistic so we don’t want him to have a cell phone. With the Dexcom reciever is there a way to use the follow app? Basically is the reciever wifi capable? This may be a silly question but I’m new to all of this.
No, sorry you have to use a cell phone or a wifi device.

Old cell phones will work also, as long as he is on some sort of wifi (example in school) the phone doesn’t exactly need to have data.
