I need to start dating better guys since discovering this "holiday" made me realize my relationships have more march 14th's then feb 14th's. I don't mean the dates literaly. I'm just saying I want more valentines in my relationships so it equals out to the amount of steak in it, u know?

[/quote]I think I get what you mean. People should behave more like they do on Valentines Day on a regular basis right? In which case I totally agree. Even though I don't have experience :)
Yeah, Valentine's Day is fun I guess, when you're in 1st or second grade and everyone gives you a card with Mickey Mouse on it and you get a lot of candy. It's all downhill from there.
My day consisted of giving my wife a book (she doesn't like flowers and is on a diet) and her giving me a card that said "I crossed a cute butt with gorgeous eyes and a kind heart and a great sense of humor, and know what I got? ME! (Hey did you hit the jackpot, or what?! ) happy Valentine's Day to my wonderful husband" She thought it was funny. I guess it was. Then she went to bed at 8:30. By 9:00 she was asleep.
Mark, hang in, It will happen for you someday. I was in a similar boat as you at 21. Now I've been married twice for a grand total of 22 years. Be careful what you ask for!
