It's nice to have variety in your diet, but it's also good to have certain foods you eat regularly... like almost every day. For me, there are three foods I can think of easiily. They are:
1. Grapefruit. I eat at least one whole grapefruit with aspartame (Equal) sweetener daily.
2. Cottage Cheese (Lo-Fat). I eat 16-24 ounces daily, often with banana sliced in.and aspartame sweetener.
3. Rice Cakes. Usually two daily -unsalted plain, caramel corn or apple cinnamon.
What are your daily foods? Also cast a vote now for your favorite artificial sweetener. Is it Sweet 'n' Low, Splenda, Stevia, or Equal? As you can tell... I'm a fan of Equal (Aspartame).
