Hi everyone! im just looking for some advice. My hubby and i have been TTC now x 6mos without any luck:( I know it can take a while, but it does get to be upsetting every month when aunt flow arrives. I have been DM for 18yrs and on a pump. My a1c was 6.9 in august. Is there ne thing we can do to try and improve our fertiltiy?? My cycles are long 44-45 days apart:( ive tried the ovulation kits and did have a pos, but it was on day 32 ! I dont know if there is anything i can do to improve my cycles? Any words of wisdom for trying to get pregnant? Thank You !
