I have my quarterly endo appointment today and I woke up with a 277 blood sugar!
What a start, I hope that doesnt forshadow how the rest of my day will be!
Hopefully all goes well for you! I'm kinda feeling the same way as you! My appointment is tomorrow and starting yesterday my sugars have been super high, then super low. Makes me nervous!
This is the reality of having diabetes. Highs and Lows happen. You shouldn't feel as though you are bad just because you have a doctors appointment. You can fix the problem by taking insulin. Your doctors aren't there to yell at you, they are there to help you.
I know she won't yell at me, LOL. Thanks though! I just hate starting my mornings out with a high sugar because everything else seems to fall out of place. I spilled water all over my work desk and phone and I got stuck in the parking garage at work.
Hopefully my A1C will be below 7. That will make everything else seem insignificant!

I do have that problem. I'll run high all day and then in the evenings it finally catches up to me and drops. I hate those days.

Sometimes I think my sugars are high just because I'm stressed about the Endo appointment! I have a hard time discussing my health in the first place, and I don't like getting in trouble for what I do or don't do....
