This question is almost the same as the Medtronic one but for Dexcom instead.
The warranty for the receiver is only for one year, which means I’m coming up soon (November) to the end. I’m in Canada, so the Dexcom has only been on the market since the end of November 2013.
Just wondering if I can apply to get a replacement (for free) or if Dexcom does something differently when the warranty is expiring?
I’m not having issues with mine, but I would rather get a new one and avoid any issues than wait for something to go wrong to get a new one, since it was quite a pain to get Manulife to agree to cover it. I ended up having to send the same paperwork multiple times because they’d keep asking for the same information over and over again.
