Hellow everyone hope everyone is okay!! I’ve been training for years I love body building, my blood sugar have been somehow on range now am looking on being on body building diet and nutional supliments! Such as whey protein,just sharing if anyone there is on this supliments and lifestyle and how it affects blood sugar! Any advice will be appreciated
I’ve been strength training consistently for 20 years and haven’t had any issues with supplements although lately have found natural food sources to work just fine. My total between squat, bench, and deadlift is at 1500 lbs.
