I totally agree with your comment on Dexcom customer service going downhill over the last couple years. It’s so sad to me because they used to be super good to work with!
The only reason I love my G6 is because I have Tandem Control IQ, and with the Tandem and Dexcom combo, I’ve had my best control I’ve ever had since I was diagnosed 7 years ago. There are enough headaches with Dexcom though that if I didn’t love the Control IQ, I probably would consider switching too.
