I got my wife a foot massager and as a good husband thought I would get use of it too (lol). Big bold letters in the manual "Do not use in case of pregnancy diabetes, pacemaker use..." What!! I have used it (when my wife lets me) and it is good.
Anyway, just wondering how everyone went with their presies?
My husband ended up with nothing cause we were in the hospital the week before and ended up broke. The nugget got me a old steamer truck tho cause his parents bought it and he can pay them back whenever he can.
Money, iTunes gift cards, a purse, and a gift card to Powell's Books. (=
I gave my mom a big wooden cutting board and some other kitchen stuff. My mom, sister, and I all pitched in to get my dad an iPod Nano. And I got my sister some earings and a gift card.
some leather gloves, "think like a pancreas" and a few little things from my mom/step-dad. got $300, some bath stuff, lip gloss stuff from the pops and his family..plus another rubber ducky to add to my collection.
i think the best gift i got other than the $300 my pops gave me to put towards paying off my camera(credit card debt wooohooo) was my boyfriend picking me up before xmas dinner at the pops(he was in van to see family over the holidays too) and he took me out to white pine beach, we went and sat on the docks and watched the fog roll in as the sun went down..and he surprised me with nikon point&shoot to replace the one i broke last weekend! even got me the pink one! it's almost the excat same colour, i think it's actually the next verison up from the one i had!
Ice Scraper ( I think I might mail it to C though cause she seems to have more snow than me)
Season Pass to Mountain Creek ( I love this, I only told my parents I wanted ski passes i.e. a triple play pass which gives you three entrances, now I need to ski alot before I go back to school)
This really has been a blessed Christmas for me and I am grateful for those who have supported me over the years, not to mention to meeting so many of you guys. Your stories have made this past year so much better for me. Thanks.
brian, i have an ice scraper that looks like a rocket launcher, it's so huge. it scrapes ice on one side and brushes snow on the other. i probably do have a lot more snow than you. since dec 1 we've had 27.5 inches, with another 2 in the forecast tomorrow. GOTTA LOVE IOWA! :o)
thanks for thinking of me though, that's why i like you, bpq. you should come play in the snow in iowa. it's quite fun.
I didn't do too bad considering I don't celebrate the holiday. Received Resident Evil 5 (love the franchise) and Gun, also a gift certificate to a tattoo studio. RE 5 has consumed most of my time since Christmas.
