World Diabetes Day

So, last year I did this thing where I had all my family wear blue for World Diabetes Day, November 14. This year I put together an event on facebook to try and see how many people we could get to support us this year and wear blue!

On November 14, I am going to have the people who have said yes to the event wear blue and (if they can) send me a picture of them (and any friends and family) in their blue and I will upload it into an album on my facebook to show everyone the support we got in 2010 for World Diabetes Day.

I know you all would be up for doing this! So if you'd like to join the event and send me your pictures on November 14 here is the link!

Thank you C!!!! At first I was only expecting to have my friends and family do this. And now there are people from The United Kingdom who have accepted the invite! I can't believe that it's spread like this so fast!

i clicked attending. is it cool if i do my own event and include info about canadian stats and world stats? i usually do an event on fb for this i just hadn't gotten around to it yet this year.

i will for sure tell my skool and friends and family and maybe see if they will donate money to toward the JDRF or the ADA. good idea and on November 14 i will FOR SURE be wearing BLUE!!
