hey everyone,
has anyone else ever named their insulin pump? when i got my first one my endo told me i should name it,seince it was going to be with me all tha time. so i was just curious to see what intersesting names people have named their pumps?
my first one was black :: lol and his name was fred
then he got a sister that was purple :: her name was freddette
i havent named any of my others just those two.
Only been diabetic for a year and a half, no pump yet, but did name my meter Dracula LOL

My first pump didnt have a name and the pump I currently have is named Gnat.
my 1st one was benidickt and my new one is R2D2 :] i named my meter apple juice
my pump is ping diddy. i haven't thought of a good name for the meter (i've never named a meter before)
The name of mine is Pilar. It's a spanish name that means "support" =)

my friend takes spanish and her spanish name is pilar and her name is paige

My CGM is Beepy.
More importantly my pillow is called nap time.
I haven't heard of naming your insulin pump before! Mines purple. I'll need to think of a name!

I have a pink animas ping her name is Sissy. The remote meter is named Bossy. We are the best of friends :)
thats nice.. i take french..and i named my meter "rappel" it means reminder, lol.
lol..ya i was about 8 when i got ma first pump..and i hated it and told ma doctor i had then that i thought it was ugly..and she told me na ta hurt its feelings(haha)..i swore she was crazy..ba it was fun trying ta think of tha perfect names for them, i still name them when i get a new pump, or meter almost 9 years later :) ..ba what about "Bella"..it means attractive(beautiful), in italian.
i love it..everyone has such interesting names..some of them iwoul;dnt of thought of :) ..keep up tha awsome names everyone..im due for a new pump/and meter soon, so i have ta think of new names :) its gunna be funn :) lol..i dont know what im getting yet though so well see.

i just got a new meter from my endo. i think i'm going to name him.... i'm thinking george or libertine.... not sure... help me choose!
my brothers name is george :) libertine? thats dofferent..i like different, lol maybee Libertine would be good. ba i dono.
