I am a PGA Golf Professional. Diagnosed with Type 1 just over 5 years ago. I am 45 years old. Any other golfers out there?
Wouldn't consider myself a PGA golfer (mainly because breaking 100 over 18 holes is a huge accomplishment) but I do golf a lot during the summer with my buddies and I enjoy the challenge it brings along. Always an element of preparation involved. Are you walking or driving the 18 holes? Are you only doing 9 holes? Will the climate affect your blood sugar levels? Oh, and a low blood sugar can definitely throw your game off...
