Okay, so i was golfing the other day, (18 holes,) i felt kinda funny, but i thought it was cause i was nervous or something.. 3, horrible holes later (a 10 a 9 and a 12) i checked and it was only in the 70's.) I ate to correct it, but it doesnt get fixed right away.. so the next hole i got a 6, not bad, but then following that was an 11.. so by this time were on hole 6, and we have to wait because of a hold up... finally i feel better, my blood sugar had gone up and i was fine. The next 9 holes that followed that = a 54, but then i ran out of granola bars and my blood sugar dropped to 100, which to me when i golf, is low, and those 9, (holes 15 16 17 18 1 2 3 4 5) = 94.... it was bad, so i was wondering, if blood sugars affect you to that extreme at golf (or any other sport) or if its my imagination and i just suck...
I golf for my school and instead of water, i drink gatorade to keep my bgs okay, escpecially since we walk the course!
