I was looking at diabetic t-shirts and one has been sticking in my head. To the tune from Mary Poppins, A Spoonful of Sugar. Here goes, A syringe full of insulin, makes the blood sugar go down, the blood sugar go down, in a most delightful way. It crack me up, but then again I am very easily pleased. LOL
