a lot of pumps, you should be able to disconnect while doing that, just as you would while taking a shower :)
I know, right?? haha, that would be another assumption that SADLY, Ive heard. lol like "how do you do it, or how's he do it" & Im like WTF. r e a l l y ?? -- Just like a foreign dr said "howd you get this" to my bf, who found out july 2008 he had type 1, and still in a bad mood saw this idiot dr. after bein in the ER all night and medical center a week; S0 when he was asked "how you get it" "Does she have it to if you "been together" -- he went 0FF before I could! lol
I just take mine off most of the time... It makes me feel strange leaving it on. lol I've left it on before and nothing happened though.. :)

I get the "how?" question and just show them how the tube can disconnect from the site.

Imagine the absolute chaos if both people involved in this 2 1/2 minute sexathon were wearing a pump. Like two puppets getting tangled in eachother's strings.
But, at least then they would be keeping this STD between the two of them and not spreading it to normal people.
