Has anybody ever went to the one nation diabetes summit what was it like?
Hi Wendy @Newtype1, I’ve been to a couple TypeOneNation Summits and I’m registered to attend the one scheduled in Tampa on December 2, 2018 - one month from today.
I’ve found the summits to be extraordinary and I’ve recommended them on many occasions. At a Summit, you will hear some good and interesting presentations, get to meet with other interested folks in your area and come away with current information from the vendors in attendance. I was first introduced to the JDRF Chapter at my first Summit and since then developed some interesting acquaintances.

We just attended one in Buffalo, NY this past Saturday and it’s well worth the visit. It was great for my 10 year old son to be around other children with Type 1 and as a parent of a child with Type 1 I found the summit to be very inspirational and encouraging. We will be attending the next one that comes through.
