Note: this is a rant!
I was in the last hour of the day in school, and suddenly I felt low. I scurried to the office litterally dripping with sweat, and shaking uncontrolably. The secratary in her infinite wisdom(sarcasm) said, "I something wrong?"
"'I'm low" I said, trying to remain conscious, "I'm gonna' get some juice."
"Okay, but test first."
"I will after I get a snack."
This is where it gets bad. This is where she says something so completley stupid I invariably wanted to definstrate her.
"You can't drink juice untill you test." she said.
I was stunned, it took me a minute just to process how stupid what she had just said was. I spent the next few, desperatly needed, minutes arguing with her, telling her that it was in my best interest to drink first.
"But what happens if you aren't low, and you drink the juice?" she said.
This time I was dumbfounded, "Nothing," I screamed at her. Instead of continuing this conversation, she instead got an administrator and I tested. The monitor read 64 which, I know, isn't the lowest number, but I don't go low very often, so it felt that was.
Is this a common experience? Am I wierd for being angry about this?
