We have the mulitclix, too. The hospital staff said it was great for kids because it doesn't hurt as much, and controlling the depth is very easy. I switch lancets each morning...that barrel design is great. Very easy to switch out, no little pieces falling out all over the floor when you open up the testing case before you've had your coffee :)
