I'm here to listen

You know, a lot of times when i feel down about my diabetes, i have no one to talk to. Whether it is about bad numbers, a bad A1C or maybe just not sure about my life. I realize now that not many people out there or atleast close to you know exactly what is going on, or what to say to you on your questions. So here is the deal. If you want or need someone to talk to....don't hesitate to message me. I may not have the exact answers that you are looking for, but if i don't i know people who do. I am here to listen to you, to help you get your problems off your chest so you can breath easier and to know that you have someone to talk to.

So please, don't hesitate to message me. I am always available and always ready to listen!

thanks allways good to know that.

Same to you, dude.

This is why Juvenation is so great! Yeah same as me man I'm also here if you ever need someone to talk too. It helps to have other diabetics that can relate to me when I'm not feeling so good.

I think the point of juvenation is to provide a group of people you can talk to and get some understanding or answers.

Thank you, its nice to know there are so many out there who feel the same.  Here for you all too!

Ya know, I was feelin' a bit sorry for myself the other day when I saw a guy pull into the handicapped parking space, work around a bit, get his wheel chair out, pull out his brief case and then slowly, using only his arms, position himself into his chair.  Turns out he is a lawyer and has been unable to walk since he was about 9.  The effort he used just getting out of his car amazed me.  Diabetes ain't so bad.  He inspired me.

Thanks Ryan!! It's great to know there's people out there I can talk to who understand exactly how I'm feeling or what stressful situation I'm dealing with!! That's why I love this site so much! :)

Amen.  Diabetes isn't the end of the world, but it isn't always easy either.  I know I only know one person my age with diabetes.  I am 17 and a senior in high school, so if anybody needs someone to talk to, I too am open to talk anytime, especially if you are dealing with school or other issues we could relate on.  I know for me, with multiple AP classes and activities, it was hard for me to get caught up in school before and after my diagnosis in the hospital, and I am still dealing with minor issues.  This is a great forum that proves that none of us are alone.
