thats the website. You can engrave it with your name and then 'Type 1 Diabetes' on the back and choose charms and the color of the beads. I love my bracelet!

They have a ton of different styles, and you can get one tag that has the identifying information, and then different bracelets that clip on to the tag.

Go to American Medical ID website (search on google, cuz i dont remember the site address) and they have some really awesome cloth bracelets and a whole bunch of different necklaces and all kinds of stuff you can engrave anything you want on it.
