Hello everyone! My name is Laurie. I have been a Type 1 diabetic for ten years now. My ten year anniversary was the 11th of this month. I am 23 years old. I have been using an insulin pump since 2005. It has made life easier, but I am still having problems getting my blood sugar regulated. There has been a lot of other stuff going on in my life, and I have sort of lost focus on taking care of myself. I am hoping that by joining this group it may re-motivate me to try and do better. My last A1C was 9.3 :-(
