Hard to move cartridges

We have a box of Animas cartridges that are really hard to prime. The reservoir is so tight on the plunger thing that I can hardly move it up and down to 

prime it. The lot number is 201754. It is not in any recall that I can find. 

I am worried that they won't deliver insulin properly. 

ANyone else ever have this problem?

Hi Terry,  I think you really should report your observations directly to Animas.  If there's a defect you could get occlusion alarm and your pump might stop pumping.

Definitely call Animas.  They'll ship you a new box at no charge.

I called them. They want me to send them back.
