New to this site hope I’m doing this right. So I’ve had a insulin pump for a little over 8 years but didn’t really use the sensor before due to various issues. I just recently got a new pump the minimed 670 and started using the sensor again. I love it so far but one issue I’m having is the sensor coming off when I go swimming. I’ve tried putting extra tegaderm over it before I get in the pool but even that doesn’t last very long. Just wondering what other people do to keep there CGM in place during water activities.

I haven’t been swimming with mine, but I take a longish shower daily, and have had no problem. One thing that I always do is to shave the area where the tape(s) go, for best adhesion.
