Does anyone know the carb counts in General Tsos (Taos) Chicken? This one has really stumped us.
When I just googled it, I found anywhere from 16 to 23 carbs per serving. I bet it depends on the place. I usually go for more towards the 15 grams where we order from, but I avoid the too sweet pink sauce.
I find chinese food to be very unpredictable too! If I'm having a high day, I avoid it. ):
I love the General Tsos at our local Chinese place, and I usually figure it's about 15 carbs for 4 pieces of the chicken. The pieces are usually about 2 inches long, though. I'm not sure how large the ones are that you usually get.
