Always got Disney prepared if you’re Type One Diabetic.
@Typeone88 hi
I am not sure what you mean, so I’ll comment on your post title.
If your body is used to 190 mg/dl then you’ll feel very low at 75 mg/dl. Normal blood sugar is between 60 mg/dl and 100 mg/dl.
For me I can have low symptoms at 140 mg/dl if my blood sugar is dropping rapidly.
The reflex of hypoglycemia is very important, it can save your life.
Good luck
This means our sugar is crashing fast. Big difference between a steady 75 and a crashing 75.
My bgs are fairly stable (thankfully). But I will still start feeling anything below 70. That’s why I am very thankful for my new G6. I set the low warning at 80. Now I can watch and wait or push the sugar up a little depending on my plans. If you don’t have a CGM, I recommend it highly. It has really boosted my ability to venture out and live a (semi-normal) life. Good luck.
