Diabetes and Stress Eating

For the past couple months, I've been working hard to complete a Masters thesis in Engineering Geology, which means my stress is basically through the roof! I'm pretty diligent about eating three solid meals a day and try to steer clear of junk food ... unless I get stressed! It tends to hit me in the evening and later during the night. Any hints on breaking this horrible cycle? I don't want to waddle off with my degree! :P

I too notice that I tend to eat more when I am stressed.  Usually it's something sweet that I crave, brownies, cookies, cakes, ice cream and so on.  Definitely not good for my sugar levels, but I try to excercise a little bit to keep in shape also (no need to have it build up on my booty and in my blood--haha).
