Would the real "Alyssa" 'please stand up' -- or at least let me know you're still there!

My son loves granola bars, pear and apple slices, pepperoni and turkey bacon.   He also likes crab with melted cheese on a slice of wheat toast.

Not weird. I do that too, but will also sliver a snack sized chocolate piece over it. My daughter loves it.

Connor loves these...

Cheese sticks (0 carbs)
10 mini-nilla wafers and a 1/3 cup milk to dip them in (15 carbs)
Pork Rinds (0 carbs)
4' of banana (15 carbs)
5-6 apple slices with some peanut butter (15 carbs)
sugar-free jello cups (0 carbs)

Hope this helps! Good luck!

My son is three too so it makes it a little more difficult doesn't it with a grazing, toddler?

Some free snacks ideas:

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup of carrot sticks with a little light ketchup (ranch) to dip

1-2 animal crackers

10 fishy crackers

1 piece of string cheese

1 piece of cut up lunchmeat

Some 15 carb snack ideas (good to combo these with one of the free snacks above)

4 animal crackers with 3-4 tbsp's of any yogurt or 4 oz of milk for dipping

1 slice lower calorie bread (should be about 9 carbs or less per slice), toasted with little less than a 1/2 tbsp of honey scraped on

about 2 inches of a banana and 4 oz or milk or sugar juice

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce with one broken up animal cracker sprinkled on top

Maybe these are not new to you, but hope they help!

I have an almost 3 year old and a 5 year old, both diabetics, we often have garlic sausage, shrimp and veggies if they are high.  They have gotten tired of the cheese string and yo tubes for low snacks.  We also keep hard boiled eggs in our fridge regularly.  Hope this helps.  April
