I wear a dogtag (necklace type) from Medic Alert Foundation, Find them at MedicAlert dot org. If you are in the USA, fees paid to Medic Alert are considered deductible by US IRS as health insurance premiums. Fact check me on this. Best luck, Alexander.

I’ve always worn MedicAlert IDS specifically. In addition to the engraved ID itself - which comes in a very wide variety of types, styles, colors and prices, you can set up an account with emergency contacts, doctor info and additional medical information.
