I agree that 10 spots is a bit excessive. I'm trying to think of that many and unless I'm an octopus I can't. :-) I have since done both arms again, and it is getting more comfotable. It is a little inconvienent disconnecting and connecting for showers, but it is no longer uncomfortable. Key point being to make sure it is high enough up on the arm. Too close to the elbow and it HURTS.
