Type 1 Diabetic needs help with a research project

Good Afternoon,

I am conducting a research project on Diet, Diabetes, and Depression in Type 1 diabetics. I have created a short survey to see if there is any correlation between these three areas.

The survey is anonymous and no private information will be collected. My name and my Professor’s name and contact information are listed in the consent form and you may contact her to verify the authenticity of the study.

I will post my findings in the forum, so that anyone who participated can read the findings.
