Tips to prevent lows while you sleep?

Those foods will definitely prevent lows, but you might want to try giving slightly less carbs and higher amounts of protein.  I usually go low at night from exercising during the day, and prevent overnight lows with a glass of milk (around 12g carb and TONS of good protein!) or crackers with some cheese.  String cheese or cheese cubes are probably better for little ones.  Hope this helps!
