Protein, preferably in a smoothie. Fruits, kale, honey, and some flack seed. PB is great too. Then gel shots during the workout if itโs an endurance cardio type of workout. Short core strengthening workouts, I donโt feed during, but some after.
A slow acting carb, like a peanut butter sandwich. Or a small fruit and a piece of toast.
