Hi everyone my name is Holly and I am 16 years old and I have had diabetes since I was 10 months old. Myself and two other teens with T1D (type one diabetes) and JDRF is creating a group called “Teens with T1D”. We are trying to find more teens with T1D who would be interested in joining. We would meet together a couple times a year and just talk and plan fundraisers and events to raise money for JDRF so they can turn Type One into Type None. Our first fundraiser/event is going to be THIS Wednesday, August 6th at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Kirkwood, MO. If the gold flyer (see link below) is presented to your server at Buffalo Wild Wings, 10% of the proceeds will go to JDRF. Come stop by, grab a bite to eat, meet other teens with T1D, join our group and help find a cure for diabetes!
