I know my lowest low has been 18. I have no clue about my highest high since being DX'd...probably somewhere in the mid 400's...pizza will get ya every time!
My lowest happened last Saturday at noon, which was a very hot day in Athens, Greece.
It was 29 mg/dl and either I didn't feel it or I didn't realize it. Fortunatelly my fiance saw me swepting in the face and told me to measure. The odd was I don't swept the way I was that day meaning with drops coming down my cheaks. Because of the heat, we had to wait alot for the blood sugar to be normal again.
My highest was something over 400 and happened last winter caused by a severe DKA which could only be/was treated in the hospital.
Thank god those things just passed!
Lowest: 8
Highest: 820
What can I say? I'm an extremist!

Did you pass out at 8? I know some people who can pass out in the 50's, but I have yet to pass out from a low.
When I was under 20mg/dL, I didn't feel even the least bit low. It was in the morning right after I had woken up. I just walked out to the kitchen and tested like normal, and was extremely surprised with that number. I thought it was a meter mistake at first, so I checked again, and got the same.
My lowest was 22, but I've hit this number twice.
My highest was 595.
hey, does ur meter say HI too when ur over 600?

the lowest i have gone was 27 on an airplane. i had eaten ihop before going on the plane and took a bunch of insulin. and the highest was when i was first diagnosed and my blood sugar was over 1000.
