I am lucky tho that i sense the lows coming on and can fix the problem quickly.

You are definitely not the only one. I've had diabetes for 4 months so I questioned it at first too and I even asked my doctor. My arm literally will shake if I'm low and a lot of the time my jaw starts to tingle and go numb. I get all the symptoms you get too. No worries(:
Well for me with low symptoms depending on how low it is I get cold sweats, Shaking just about uncontrollably, the weakness in the limbs and same with most everyone else so tired I dont want to move or even eat although I know I have to. Now though since I have been having my lows in the morning I am starting to not feel the symptoms of it so if I happen to wake up I just have my meter right by me and check it. For example one morning I didnt even feel anything until I started moving around the house and my blood sugar was only 49. After I checked it , it took a minute for it to sink in that OMG my blood sugar is that low and I didnt know it :(
I am usually always kinda shaky when I'm low. I feel it in my hands and knees first usually. If I go low during the night, I wake up in a cold sweat and with a crazy pulse, like someone just scared the crap out of me. If I'm in a "good" mood before I go low, I tend to get even happier, almost like I'm drunk. But if I'm annoyed before, then I can get really grouchy. It's like the low amplifies whatever mood I am already in. Sometime I get this weird feeling in my forearms too, it's really hard to describe, almost like I have something moving under my skin, but not at the same time. I say it like my arms are eating themselves from the inside, but it's not that dramatic, I just can't figure out a good way to describe it, lol. My mental functioning gets bad too. It takes me longer to process things, any kind of math is a lost cause. My handwriting gets really awful too, it gets twice the size it normally is and looks like a 1st grader wrote it. I get tired really quickly, if I am walking or something, but never sleepy. That is definitely a high symptom for me, as others mentioned as well.
i have the same syptoms and when im low i do not want to talk
